Shipping:
Santa Rosa Fine Wine will act
on the buyers behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver
wine to the buyers shipping address. Once wine has left our
storage facility, the buyer is solely responsible for any loss
or damage. Buyer agrees to provide a business
shipping address and is responsible to contact us regarding
alternative or special shipping arrangements. Unfortunately, Santa Rosa Fine Wine does not ship
to (NH, MA, PA, UT).
It
is highly recommended to ship overnight or 2 day air, especially in the
summer months, to avoid prolonged exposure of wine to extreme
temperatures and extended handling. All bottles shipped
are 750 ml unless otherwise noted and packaged in styrofoam
wine shippers. There is no additional charge for packing
materials. For gift packing and adding a special note, a
charge of approximately $12 will be added to cover additional
packing materials and shipping costs. Orders are generally
shipped on Monday/Tuesday. Insurance (1% of total) added on
request. Insurance covers accidental loss or breakage of a
package by the shipping company. All order cancellations are
subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us concerning
International Shipments.
Accounts: Santa Rosa Fine Wine does not require a login
account to buy wine on our website. If one is created however,
the website will store your Billing and Shipping Address for
future orders, as well as allow a user to view previous
purchases. For California businesses buying our wine for
resale (wholesale or retail accounts), an account will allow
us to remove sales tax and shipping (if applicable) when
ordering directly on our website. After creating your initial
new account, e-mail us for further instructions at
sales@santarosafinewine.com.
All inventory is updated real time on our website.
Payment:
California
sales tax is payable on goods delivered within
California
(currently 8.0%). Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express
or Paypal. We also accept personal checks and money orders.
All methods of payment must be received within 5 days of
invoice. If not, the order will be cancelled and wine may be
resold.
Warranty:
Santa Rosa Fine Wine makes
no warranty, expressed or implied concerning wine sold. Every
effort is made to ensure wine purchased is what its label
describes, and that is it of sound quality and good to
excellent provenance. All wine is sold “as is” and are final once
payment is received.
Errors:
All prices
and availability are subject to change without notice. Santa
Rosa Fine Wine is not responsible for typographical errors and
reserves the right to change incorrect pricing, product
quantity and all other information at its discretion.
