Peter Michael’s newest offering, the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Au Paradis… offers lots of black currant, cedar wood, unsmoked cigar tobacco and vanillin notes in a dense, full-bodied, impressive style, especially for a 2011. Sweet tannins auger well for drinking this cuvée now and over the next 15+ years.
