A completely different aromatic profile here with much more elegant and higher-toned red fruit aromas trimmed in moderate wood that can also be found on the hugely sappy flavors that completely drench the palate in pinot extract. This is delicious, well made and offers excellent tannin/fruit/acid balance though the wood sticks out on the finish at present. My score again offers the benefit of doubt that with time in bottle, it will integrate.
